Steve is pure joy in kitten form. He is the life of the party, the biggest cuddler, the smartest little show-off, and the kind of kitten who makes every single day better just by existing.
His Story
Steve and his siblings were found tucked into a bush behind a gas station parking lot, right near a cat colony where every single cat has already been fixed. They were far too young to be on their own — barely able to walk — and yet, when they saw us, they came running and screaming, asking for help with everything they had.
They needed help learning how to eat and spent several days in a baby incubator, wrapped in warmth, patience, and round-the-clock love. From the very beginning, Steve showed something remarkable: complete trust in humans. With care and time, these fragile babies didn’t just survive — they thrived.
Steve Today
Steve is now the happiest, most affectionate cuddle machine you will ever meet. He purrs constantly — and we mean constantly. Sitting down? Not for long. Steve will be sprinting toward you for snuggles before you even get comfortable.
Every single morning, all the kittens come running to greet you at the door — but Steve arrives carrying his favorite fluffy ball in his mouth, ready to start the day. He will proudly drop it at your feet, wait expectantly… and yes — he plays fetch.
Steve is extremely smart and very proud of it.

Steve truly knows no strangers. Humans? Instant friends. Cats? Besties. Dogs? Totally fine, let’s hang out. He is confident, outgoing, and absolutely hilarious. He even loved his Christmas photoshoot with Santa — made friends with everyone there and soaked up the attention like a seasoned celebrity.
He is incredibly bonded to his siblings and foster buddies, but he has a special friendship with Jacques Cousteau — they play all day, snuggle all night, and are rarely found apart.
Favorite Thing (Other Than You)
After playtime, food puzzles, fetch, and social hour, Steve’s favorite place is on your chest or in your arms, where he will purr himself to sleep like the happiest little motor in the world.
Because at the end of the day — more than toys, treats, or games — Steve loves you.
Why He’s a Little Legend
Named after Steve Irwin, this kitten embodies the same fearless love for life. He leads with joy, connects everyone around him, and brings laughter wherever he goes. Steve isn’t just a kitten — he’s a personality, a best friend, and a daily dose of happiness.
Steve is estimated to be 3 mo old as of Dec 26 2025 and fully vetted: neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, defleaed, and microchipped. He tested negative for FIV, FeLV and heartworms.

Steve is a kitten and must be adopted with one of his siblings, foster friends, or into a home with another young or playful cat for companionship. He really loves his brother Jacques but he will quickly make friends with any kitty! Here is some information about why we have this policy:
