Hi there… I’m Trixie
I’m 9 years young, a mixed-breed sweetheart with a soft heart and a slower step than I used to have—but plenty of love left to give.

I had a family once, and I loved them very much. When my person passed away, there wasn’t a plan for me, so I found myself waiting… and hoping… for another place to belong. I’m very good at belonging.

I’m a polite lady—I’m fully housetrained, spayed, and all my shots are up to date. I even had my senior blood work done and got a thumbs-up from the vet. I know how to live in a home, because that’s where I shine. At night, I like to sleep in the bed with you. I promise I don’t take up that much room, and I’m very warm.

I get along nicely with other dogs and even cats. I don’t make a fuss—I just like good company. Car rides are one of my favorite things; I’ll hop in and quietly watch the world go by, happy just to be included.

I’m not looking for anything fancy. Just a soft place to land, a gentle hand, and someone who won’t mind an old girl leaning in close. If you’ve got room in your heart (and maybe your bed), I’m ready to come home.
