Reggie is a handsome 6-year-old orange tabby who came to our shelter (with Luna and Shadow) just before Christmas after his family was forced to move to housing that did not allow pets. His owners were heartbroken to surrender him, and Reggie was understandably frightened at first. After a few days of settling in, his quirky and playful personality has begun to shine. Reggie enjoys spending time near the sink and has a unique fondness for water, even tolerating a little on his head. He is more independent than cuddly and is not a typical lap cat, but he enjoys playtime and companionship on his own terms. Reggie does well with dogs and would thrive in a home that appreciates his individuality and gives him the space and patience he needs to feel secure.
*Per JSAC policy, puppies and kittens under 6 months will not be adopted to families with children under the age of 6 years.
