Svetlana is playful, loving, and completely adorable.
She’s a true snugglebug who loves curling up with her person, happily making biscuits while soaking up affection. When she’s not cuddling, she’s busy entertaining herself with life’s simple joys—folded socks, strings, and boxes are her favorite toys.
She has a hilarious “hunter” streak and proudly stalks dish towels from the kitchen, delivering her prizes straight to her chosen human like a gift of love. Svetlana is very curious about the outdoors and would love to explore, but she’s kept safely inside since she lives on a busy street and her people love her far too much to take any chances.
Svetlana does have a skin condition that she takes medication for, and she handles it like a champ. With her care routine, she’s comfortable and happy.

Our adoption process involves completing a one-page adoption application. Applications are processed within 48 hours.
Adoption fees for cats/kittens are $130.00. All cats/kittens have been wormed, altered, tested for feline leukemia, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
Adoption fees for dogs/puppies are $300.00 All dogs/puppies have been wormed, altered, tested for heart worm, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
We also offer our Senior for Senior program matching senior animals to people over the age of 63. Adoption fees are waived for this program.

Based in Rochester MN, the organization is totally driven by volunteers.
Camp Companion is dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for feral, farm and stray companion animals. The organization is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and adoption fees. All funds we receive are used for veterinary expenses and the cost of care incurred for the animals waiting for their forever homes.
Through our spay / neuter efforts, we encounter kittens and stray domestic cats that need rescue services and a forever home. We have no shelter, but rely on foster homes to care for these rescued pets. Every animal we offer for adoption is spayed or neutered.
