Behavioral issues

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Max is an 8 yr old Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier with separation anxiety. I purchased him from Breeders pick pups in Orlando and he is up to date on all vaccines. I tried to get him trained, but it was just too expensive for me and I don’t have the time with my busy work schedule. He responds to loud noises by barking uncontrollably, but I feel like if the right person has the time to train him, he will be a well behaved dog. He has a lot of energy and needs an owner who has space for him to run freely.
