My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stella is a beautiful one-year-old caramel torbie with a heart full of love. Rescued from the streets of San Mateo as a starving kitten, she now blossoms with affection and devotion. Stella greets you with soft meows, head boops, nose kisses, and constant purrs, and she adores curling up in your lap with those sweet, grateful eyes.

Stella enjoys the company of other cats and can also be perfectly happy as the only cat in the home, soaking up all the love for herself. Our team will work closely with you to ensure she’s a wonderful fit for any feline companions already in your home—or as your one-and-only. She especially enjoys relaxing atop a cat tower, watching the world go by with a few treats to nibble on.

If you’re interested in adopting Stella, please fill out an adoption application and our team will happily help create a loving, successful match.

Additional adoption info

While we do offer a FaceTime or in home visit, it is not about checking on your housekeeping. The purpose of the home visit is to check for safety hazards so that we can counsel new adopters how to make a safer environment for their new family member.
