My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This gorgeous round face belongs to Ixchel (pronounced ee-shell)! Named after the ancient Mayan goddess of fertility and medicine, this young girl has come a long way from having kittens in an abandoned car. Now thriving, Ixchel is an expert biscuit maker and a total purring machine. Her beautiful smoke coat, with white underneath and black on top, makes her look like she's glowing from within. Her personality only makes her shine even more; Ixchel is quite possibly the friendliest cat you'll ever meet. With mews and chirps, she'll approach anyone and want nothing but adoration.
Ixchel is about two years old, spayed, flea treated, dewormed, vaccinated, tested FIV/FeLV negative, microchipped and ready to find a family who will worship the ground she walks on.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Adopting a cat is a big responsibility and commitment, but it's also one of the biggest acts you can ever do for an animal in need.

Each and every cat in our care has their own story and background. They are all fully vetted, fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative (unless otherwise specified). Because of this, our adoption fee is $95 for one cat over 1-year-old or $155 for 2 and $110 for one cat under 1-year-old or $195 for 2.

Our approval process includes a vet reference (personal reference if you've not had a vet in the last 5 years), virtual home tour, and landlord approval should you be a renter.

The completion of an application does not guarantee approval for adoption.
