My name is Magnolia - I`ve been `Mama Magnolia` for a little while with my 8 kittens keeping me busy around the clock, so please forgive me if I`m a little camera shy - I promise I make up for it with my sweetness. I`m sweet and gentle and I absolutely loves being held for head scratches and I will give you my best loud purrs - but I`m still a bit too restless to be much of a lap cat - maybe if we spend a little time together and I begin to feel comfortable with you, I would change my mind about that! With so many babies, I haven`t taken much time to relax and play until very recently. Mostly, I`ve been feeding my kids and teaching them to hunt - last month it was a ham and in December it was Christmas treats! (no chocolate or raisins). Now that I`m done being a Mom, it`s my time to find my forever family who`ll pamper me and bring the treats to me!

All adoptions begin with an adoption application, available here or on our website (or from one of our wonderful volunteers in person). The application is reviewed by the adoptable animal's foster home as well as by the appropriate coordinator (canine/feline) to assess how the animal will fit in your home. We endeavour to respond to all applications within 72 hours, but being 100% run by volunteers sometimes we need additional time--if you haven't heard back after 72 hours, feel free to contact us to check in on your application.
Canine Adoption Fees:
$450 for puppies under 1 year of age
$375 for dogs over 1 year & under 7 years
$300 for dogs 7 years and older
Feline Adoption Fees:
$250 for kittens and cats up to 12 months old
$200 for cats between 1-6 years old
$150 for cats 6 years old and older
Adoption fees help offset the cost to our organization of providing full medical care (including spay or neuter surgery) to each animal we adopt to a furever home.
