This mama is a little camera shy but she makes up for that in sweetness. She loves being held for head scratches and purrs loudly but she isn`t much of a lap cat. With 8 kittens to care for she has been very busy and hasn`t taken much time to play until very recently. Mostly she has been feeding her babies and teaching them to hunt, last month it was a ham and yesterday it was Christmas treats (no chocolate or raisins). Her babies are 12 weeks now so it`s time to find this sweet, gentle mama a forever home.

All adoptions begin with an adoption application, available here or on our website (or from one of our wonderful volunteers in person). The application is reviewed by the adoptable animal's foster home as well as by the appropriate coordinator (canine/feline) to assess how the animal will fit in your home. We endeavour to respond to all applications within 72 hours, but being 100% run by volunteers sometimes we need additional time--if you haven't heard back after 72 hours, feel free to contact us to check in on your application.
Canine Adoption Fees:
$450 for puppies under 1 year of age
$375 for dogs over 1 year & under 7 years
$300 for dogs 7 years and older
Feline Adoption Fees:
$250 for kittens and cats up to 12 months old
$200 for cats between 1-6 years old
$150 for cats 6 years old and older
Adoption fees help offset the cost to our organization of providing full medical care (including spay or neuter surgery) to each animal we adopt to a furever home.
