Hi...my name is Shirley.

For a long time, I lived outside. I didn't know what a soft bed felt like, or that food could come every day, or that people could be gentle just because they wanted to be. When i came into rescue, I was very quiet - but I was so, so thankful. I curled up in my warm bed, ate good food, and slept like I finally felt safe.

After a few days, something wonderful happened.. I found my sparkle.
I realized I didn't have to be on guard anymore, and the puppy inside me came out. I started playing, getting silly, and showing everyone just how happy I really am.

I also have babies. Lots of them. Stuffed babies to be exact I carefully collect every single one I can find and bring them into my crate so they're all safe with me. It's my special little routine, and it makes my heart feel full.

I'm sweet, gentle, and full of love. I don't need much-just a soft place to rest, a few toys to tuck in, and family who will never make me wonder where I belong again.

If you're looking for a girl with a greateful heart, a playful spirit , and endless love to give... I might just be your Shirley.


***Adoption Process***
-All current pets in the home need to be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines and on veterinarian prescribed flea/tick/heart worm prevention.
-Everyone living in the home, including all resident dogs, must be present at the meet and greet located in the Southwest Ohio area.
-We DO NOT ship dogs!!!
