Missy is almost 3 years old, was adopted in April 2025 from the Denton animal shelter. She’s a great cat, affectionate, playful, very clean, doesn’t scratch the furniture, minds very well. She loves to play, especially if you wave a toy on a string, she will happily run and jump around chasing it. She loves affection and being petted and will give you sweet love bites when you do it. She likes to sleep with you at night and generally likes to be around you or cuddle with you.
Unfortunately, I have another cat, Wolfie, whom Missy doesn’t tolerate. Wolfie’s a sweet guy who tried his best to befriend her, but she rejects him, sometimes she hits him and he’s become miserable and depressed. She can’t stand him, and his presence stresses her as well. I never saw them fighting, but I keep finding tufts of hair when I get home from work.
It breaks my heart, I really love her, but I think it’s better if Missy found another home. She’s a great pet, but maybe she should be an only cat.
