My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mrs. Whiskers is PERFECTION
Is there a better name for a cat?  Or maybe Lovebug - because that fits her perfectly, too.  Or even Pumpkin Pie!  Mrs. Whiskers is truly one of the sweetest kitties I have ever fostered.  She came to me from another Critter Cavalry Rescue foster and she was lovingly named after one of their previous pets.  From the moment you meet her, you understand why.  Mrs. Whiskers is that rare cat who has it all.  She is playful, friendly, gentle, and incredibly loving.  Whiskers was an exceptional mama kitty, not only caring for her own kittens but graciously adopting three additional babies and nursing them as her own.  As if that weren’t remarkable enough, she later welcomed four more kittens, grooming and loving them with the same devotion.  Quite possibly the best mama cat I’ve ever fostered!  Despite her nurturing nature, there’s still plenty of kitten in her.  She plays with wand toys with the enthusiasm of a much younger kitty, and she’s only about eight or nine months old herself.  She’s simply a joy to be around.  Mrs. Whiskers is truly special.  Just look at those eyes; gorgeous, expressive, and soulful.  She gazes right at you as if she’s having a conversation, reaching straight into your heart.  Her beautiful tabby stripes are splashed with orange and black, perfectly accented by her adorable white paws and bib, and of course, her signature white whiskers. Mrs.  Whiskers is a rare find: a special beauty, a special love, and a special friend.  Don’t let her be adopted by someone else!  You will miss out on something truly wonderful.  Contact Critter Cavalry at ccrtennessee@gmail.com if you are interested.

More about this rescue

We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them. Won't you please adopt a shelter animal? Or won't you please help us foster a shelter animal while we are looking for their perfect home? What a gift you can give a dog or cat by giving them a place to feel safe and secure....a forever home or a foster home. Won't you help us at Critter Companion Rescue give them a chance to have a life?
