Shadow is a sweet tabby adult searching for his forever home. Shadow can be shy when you first meet him, but in a home, with some time and patience, he blossoms into a confident companion. Shadow would do best in a calm home, with one safe room he can start out in while he gains his footing in a new space. While he can take a minute to accept new strangers, once he does, he will love you for life. He is very playful and LOVES pets and attention (and food!). His best cat buddy in foster is Noir, who is also available for adoption. They are not bonded, but Shadow would be happy to go home with another cat, and would be an easy addition to a multi-pet household. The pets are primarily from South Florida and other southern states where the euthanasia rates are very high. Our shelters are in New Hampshire which has a strong demand for pets relative to supply and where shelters like ours are strictly no kill operations. Our animals will go to their new homes spayed or neutered, UTD on shots and a clean bill of health from FL and NH.
