Moose needs a calm, quiet home. I have five wonderful but loud children, and while Moose is okay with everyday noises, he becomes overwhelmed by kids screaming or running. In those moments, he may nip (he has never bitten), and its not fair to him or my kids to keep him in a situation that causes stress. Moose is about 75% potty trained and does occasionally mark, so he will need someone who can let him out often and continue reinforcing training. He is the best dog I have ever owned loves car rides, likes walks, Sleeps tucked into my neck every single night, A huge lap dog and total snuggle bug, and is even crate trained.
Moose would thrive with a calm individual or couple, ideally without young children, who wants a constant companion and is happy to have a dog glued to them. If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate, loving dog who just wants peace and closeness Moose is your guy.
