My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🌹 Noel: A Quiet Soul Learning to Bloom 🌹

Noel is a 2-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback/Hound mix with the gentlest heart. A true wallflower, this sweet girl is still learning that the world can be a safe and kind place. New experiences can feel overwhelming for Noel, and she often freezes when faced with unfamiliar situations—especially going indoors, which leads us to believe she may have spent much of her life outside.

Day by day, Noel is making brave progress. With patience and reassurance from staff and volunteers, she’s beginning to relax and show her soft, affectionate nature. Noel coexists peacefully with other dogs, though playtime is still a mystery to her. She’s searching for a calm, patient home that will help her build confidence at her own pace—and celebrate every small victory along the way.
