Behavioral issues

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Uso is approximately 3.5 years old male toy poodle. He was rehomed from his original family in November with the reason being they were too busy to provide him necessary attention. Uso was not neutered, not microchipped, behind on some shots, had chronic double ear infections, food allergies and unhealthy teeth/gums. We have had him neutered, deep ear clean and treatments, deep gum and teeth cleaning, updated shots, microchipped and a limited ingredient diet to clear food allergens. He is potty trained and sleeps in his covered crate. He likes to go for walks, play fetch and chew his bones. We believe he would be best with a single person, quieter home with less activity who can give him a lot of attention. He gets very attached to one person and is protective. He is also pretty sensitive to activity and noises. He will likely need some behavioral training to help.
