Friendly appeared in my yard around 2 years ago and was not yet full grown. He was very friendly, especially when he wanted to eat, which seemed like always. He would rub against me with body or head. He would lie down up against my shoe or leg. He would come in my car, which he does every day now, and follow me around the yard. When I pet him he often rises up on his hind legs to meet my hand. He always seemed like he had been an indoor cat or at least had belonged to someone who fed him outside since he was so tame. Oddly, when I took him to the vet and it was time to go, instead of rushing into the carrier as my other cats do, he seemed content to stay out. I can't keep him because I have 2 upstairs cats and one who lives by himself downstairs. The downstairs cat is indoor / outdoor and does not get along at all with Friendly so I unfairly keep him inside too often. I'm also 80 years old and it's too much for me. Friendly is a handsome young cat who seems to want a home.
