Meet the “Old Trail 3”- Dax was found in a cinder block as a tiny kitten off Old Trail road in Daytona. Their mom was fixed and released and now it is time to find an awesome home for him.

PERSONALITY: He is a sweet boy and purrs up a storm! I have 4 kids so he is use to them! Also use to other pets!

The kitty is using the cat box well and eating lots of wet food. fancy feast kitten wet food. . We don’t give any dry.

-If you want to adopt
: 1) please show up with cat carrier.
2) We give you copies of all forms.
3) we take photo of you and newly adopted pet.
4) we go over pet education packet as we do with anyone who adopts from us so you have a successful adoption.
5) adoption fee $65
They are dewormed and microchipped. neutered rabies, & distemper vaccine.
6) We take any kitty back if it isn’t working out . But all kittens need time to adjust

(More on wet food) Pease remember; our cats have a low thirst drive and NEED the moisture in the wet food. They are designed to get the bulk of the water needs from their food like a wild cat.
Since wet food is 75% moisture and dry food only 10%, that is huge for our felines. Cats need wet food daily to avoid a lot of dehydration related medical problems long term like urinary tract issues which can lead to litter box ovoidance and kidney disease or obesity issues linked to diabetes..
****How much?**** At least one (3oz. can a day but 2 cans recommended) or 1/2 of a 5oz. Can of Friskies pate wet food a day (although one full can, half in morning and other half at night, is recommended ).
We highly encourage 5.5-6oz a day of wet cat food.
