Meet Lyric, a sweet melody of a cat ready to fill your home with purrs and affection! This lovely lady, estimated to be around 9 years old, is looking for a serene sanctuary where she can truly blossom.
Lyric is a people-lover through and through, thriving on human companionship and showering her presence with abundant purrs. While she can be a little jumpy with loud noises, her desire to be near her family always wins out.
Currently, Lyric tolerates her resident canine and feline housemates, but she truly dreams of a quieter home. She would likely thrive best as an only cat, allowing her gentle personality to shine fully, or perhaps with another calm, older feline friend. Dogs, however, she prefers to admire from a distance.
Don't let her age fool you – Lyric is an explorer at heart! She's recently discovered the joy of exploring new nooks and crannies of her foster home. And when it's time to unwind, she has a special soft spot for snuggling up with her 16-year-old human, proving she adores cozy company.

Your application simply shows that you are interested in an animal; it is not a binding contract.
Meet the Pet
Your chosen animal’s foster home will reach out to you to discuss the pet you are interested in. If applicable, schedule a meet and greet!
Sign Adoption Contract
An Applications team member will send the electronic adoption contract to you to be signed. They will also request adoption fee payment.
Take the Pet Home
Once adoption agreement and payment are complete, you take your new pet home!
