My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Health will be ready to go home on New Year’s Eve, just in time to ring in 2026 with his new family! 🎉

Health is the biggest and most laid-back pup of the group. He’s an Aussie/terrier mix and such a cute, happy little guy. At 6 weeks old, he’s doing great in his foster home, loves attention, and has a wonderful temperament. We estimate he’ll be around 50–60 pounds full grown.

If you’re looking for an affectionate, easygoing puppy to start the new year with, Health is your boy!

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

Mission Statement
To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
