A sweet, curious 10-month-old explorer, Balam is looking for a loving forever home. He is a friendly boy who delights in being petted and soaking in your attention, and will reward you with soft purrs. As he grows more comfortable and loved, we are seeing his personality gently unfurling. Balam would do best in a quiet home with a patient person (or two!) who’s willing to give him space and let him blossom on his own timeline. He has lived with other cats and we believe he may enjoy a feline buddy from whom he may learn social cues and companionship. During a recent checkup, a heart murmur was noted. While he shows no symptoms and is happy and healthy, follow-up visits with his veterinarian to monitor the murmur are recommended. All medical records will be provided at the time of adoption.
