| Okay to live in a home with... | Kids Cats |
| Physical Description | Lark is a sleek DSH. She is tall and lean with the softest shiny coat. She have white little feet and a white mark on her face. She is spayed and fully vaccinated. She also is already microchipped. She uses the litter box with clumping litter consistently. |
| Personality | Lovely Lark. Shes for 2 modes- fast and furious or calm and cuddly. This girls loves to play. She carries around her toys in her mouth while chattering away. Anything the floor is fair game. She is very inquisitive and loves to be involved in the kitchen. When she's ready for a recharge she finds the softest lap to kneed and suckle on. She has a pretty loud purr but sounds like an older cat when she asked for food. She is very food motivated! Loves temptation treats and her wet food in the morning. She gets by on dry kibbles during the day and evening but she is waiting for that canned food in the morning. Making coffee comes second or she voices her disappointment. She doesnt like to be picked up but is quite affectionate. She sleeps under the covers with us and always chooses and lap to be on during her downtime. She greets us at the door when coming home from work or school. We have a pretty active home and she doesnt seem bothered by noise or strangers coming in. She does however hate the vacuum! We are requesting that she be adopted into a home with another young or very active cat as she loves to play. Her foster sister (not littermate and younger so not ready for adoption) play constantly and chase each other up and down the stairs and up and over the furniture. We would like for her to have a playmate. While she does like interactive toys it will be easier to keep her out of trouble if she has a playmate and a full toy box. Lark is absolutely a lovely and playful girl. We have fallen in love with her but it is time to find her a permanent home to share her special kind of Chaos. *Foster sister is Finch- if looking to adopt to a pair of kittens. |

All of our felines have been altered prior to adoption. Kittens have been given their first shots of FVRCP, adults are up-to-date on vaccinations, and all cats have been Feline Leukemia tested (negative) and micro chipped. The fee to adopt is $135 for kittens or $80 for adults over 1 year (the fee helps cover these costs and the cost of the microchip registration). A reduced fee is available for adopting a second cat or kitten
