My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**This is a courtesy posting. if interested, you will be put in contact with the current owner** Frank is looking for his furever home! Frank is a 3-year-old retriever/lab mix. He is happy, loving and content when he feels safe, but he has some anxiety that makes him nervous around strangers. His current owners say he is an absolute MUSH once he knows and trusts you. Frank loves to go to doggy daycare twice a week and loves the other dogs and staff. He knows basic commands. He is up to date on all his vaccinations and sees the vet regularly. Frank would be best in a home with no children and a home that does not have a lot of people coming and going. He is looking for a safe and quiet home to call his own! Please message us to be put in contact with Frank’s current owners for more information on adopting this sweet boy!

More about this rescue

Growls and Howls Animal Rescue Inc. is a non-profit, no-kill, all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) organization serving the greater Cleveland, Ohio region. We encourage the adoption of pets from shelters and rescue groups.

We are dedicated to saving animals that have been left homeless, surrendered by their owners and that are being neglected or abused. It is our goal to provide them with the medical care they need in order to become healthy again, as well as help them overcome any obstacles they may face.

With the help of well-educated fosters, we place animals into the homes of those who are just as passionate about animals as we are. There, they will continue to be spoiled by their foster parent(s) until they are placed into their permanent, loving home.

All animals in our care are spayed or neutered, receive all appropriate medical care and treatment and are brought up to date on all vaccinations.

It is our mission to continue to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home animals.
