I fell in love with Levi when I saw him in a pet store. I noticed he wasn’t scared of people, even ok with strangers coming and going. He let me son and I pet him and was playful and sweet. His temperament has stayed this way, very calm, lets anyone pic him up and hold him, likes to lay on our laps on the couch.
The thing is… he had a urinary blockage at the age of 9 months so I put him on special food. Since that time, he has developed some bad habits of getting into our human food. I am a single mom who works full time and my kids are in school/working all day as well. If I was home more, I believe I could’ve fixed and redirected his behavior. He is now 4 years old. It breaks my heart to think of rehung him and I’m in tears. My kids are heart broken too, but we believe he needs an owner who can spend more time with him.
