My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

❤️ ADOPT BUTCH❤️ Butch is a St. Bernard mix(and definitely a little hound) who is approximately 4 years old. He had a rough start to life, but you wouldn't know it when meeting him. He is a sweet, affectionate boy who loves people and gets very excited to greet you whether you are gone all day or just 5 minutes. He is a high energy boy who would love to play in the yard or go for walks and hikes(but is not opposed to snuggling on the couch with a good bone) Butch would do well with older dog savvy children and with slow introductions he is also good with dogs. He has met cats and will chase if they run. He is 100% crate and house trained and working hard on his manners so he can be the best boy for his new family. Butch is utd on his vaccines, neutered, and chipped. Butch may look just like a St. Bernard, but he’s only about 65 pounds. The perfect size for any household. As mentioned, slow introductions are best and then Butch will become your new best friend. More about this rescue

Noah's Ark Rescue Project and Sanctuary (NARPS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare organization which is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need, as well as educating the public on important issues, and implementing low cost vaccination and sterilization clinics. Our goal is to address vital contributing factors which lead to the overpopulation of domesticated pets. Overbreeding and overpopulation directly affects the number of animals who find themselves in shelters and in need of rescuing. NARPS is currently operating mainly as a foster based program, with ambitions to eventually have a facility to house for our rescues. We are not a breed or species specific rescue, At NARPS, big & small, hooves & paws, we rescue them all!
