Approximate date of birth: 4/5/2024 | Meet Bellabean Phinney, a sweet and playful girl who gets along great with cats, dogs, and humans (probably best with kids over 8)! Bellabean loves toys of all kinds, climbing her cat tree, and scratching away on her cardboard scratcher. She'll happily walk and talk beside you like your little buddy. While she's not a fan of being picked up, she'll shower you with love and kisses if you sit down with her. Soft beds, Greenies treats, and canned food are the way to her heart and she'll reward you with happy biscuits during pets. Bellabean is a gentle soul who's a bit startled by quick movements, but with a calm and loving home, she'll flourish. | Cats: Loves cats and requires a companion if home alone for a long time | Dogs: Likes dogs with proper introduction | Kids: Can live in a home with children over the age of 8| Health information: All cats and kittens are spayed and neutered, preventatively dewormed, and microchipped. Meet the Pet

Once approved, a meet 'n' greet will be scheduled.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

If the meet 'n' greet is a match, the contract will be completed and adoption fee will need to be remitted.

Additional adoption info

We will adopt to out of state adopters but we do NOT ship animals under any conditions. You must come to us in person to meet the animal and make sure it is a mutual match. We have had many adopters come from the states around us and drive or fly with their new family member back.

We also have a small satellite operation in San Diego with adoption events on select Saturdays at the PetSmart Escondido store.

More about this rescue

Saving One Life is a completely foster based, volunteer run, never kill rescue. Our motto is that although we can't save the world, it makes a world of difference to the ones we do save.

If you find a litter of kittens or your cat accidentally got pregnant - please contact us if you are able to foster them at intake@savingonelife.org. We cannot take in more animals without foster homes. All supplies and vet care will be taken care of - all you have to do is open your home and heart to them until they can find homes of their own!

All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested for felv/fiv (Cats), dewormed, and microchipped. Adoption fees range depending on the animal's age and breed. All adoption fees assist other animals in our care - we do not have any paid employees. We are a completely never kill group that provides sanctuary to any "unadoptable" animals that come into our care including hospice care.
