MY RESCUE STORY

I was saved from a city pound after ending up on the euthanasia list simply due to lack of space. Thanks to compassionate rescuers, I was given a second chance at life. Now I’m safe, full of hope, and dreaming of a forever family who will love and care for me.

MY PERSONALITY

I’m a super sweet girl, and I’m even more adorable in person! Staff and volunteers say I’m destined to be a very popular girl thanks to my charming looks—photos and videos just don’t capture how cute I really am. I’m still a young pup and haven’t experienced much of the world yet, so I’ll need gentle guidance and training as I grow into a confident, well-rounded young lady. Every day I’m becoming braver, and I have so much potential waiting to shine. I’m a curious, bubbly girl who loves exploring and discovering new things, and I can’t wait to share my playful, loving personality with my forever family.

MY SOCIAL SKILLS

· With People: I’m friendly with people! I can be a little shy at first, but I still approach with sparkling eyes and lots of curiosity. I love getting affection and pets, though I do need a gentle approach at the start. After a quick warm-up session, I’ll happily take treats from your hand, enjoy gentle touches, and even let you pick me up.

· With Dogs: I get along nicely with other dogs and enjoy greeting new friends in a polite, friendly way. I feel most comfortable around dogs my size and prefer calm, gentle play over rough interactions. I’m not one to start conflicts — I like to keep things peaceful, easygoing, and full of positive vibes.

· With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown. A cat test can be arranged upon request to ensure the best fit.

ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY

I have a medium energy level — I enjoy spending time outdoors exploring and getting some fresh air, and afterward I’m more than happy to come home, relax, and snuggle up for some cozy downtime.

TRAINING & HABITS

I’m still learning about walks and improving my leash skills day by day. For my safety, it’s very important that I’m double-leashed with both a harness and collar so I don’t accidentally slip out and wander off. I might whine sometimes when I want attention, especially around mealtimes to let you know I’m hungry, but I also know how to rest calmly in my kennel. I’m familiar with pottying indoors using a pee pad, and I’m still learning about going outdoors — with a little guidance and a consistent routine, I’ll get the hang of it in no time.

I’m looking for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with:

I’m already a favorite with the staff and volunteers thanks to my charming personality. I’m a bit skinny right now, so I’ll need careful management of my diet to help me gain healthy weight.
