If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Buster is a very sweet and cuddly boy, he is 5 years old and will be turning 6 in June 2026. A family member is needing to rehome Buster because he recently bit one of their children. He has never bit before but as parents they have made the hard decision that maybe Buster would be more comfortable in a home without children, and to avoid other children and Buster from having to go through this again. In the past Buster has been really good in homes with female dogs and tolerated cats. Any experience I’ve personally had with dog sitting Buster has always been positive, he listens well and is very friendly. As a family we are all heartbroken to see Buster go but understand that it’s not fair to keep him in a position that he’s not comfortable with.
