History: Oswaldo is a super sweet boy who arrived to rescue in desperate need of a second chance. He is such a handsome and striking boy who is ready to meet his forever home soon!
A Note from the Foster: Ozzie is as sweet and handsome as they come. This beautiful Ruby colored Cavalier is a gem. Of course he's not perfect yet but is definitely on his way. He sleeps in his kennel all night. May hear a whimper but I think he's dreaming! Is learning to play with toys and has never been aggressive with 2 house dogs.
