Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ABOUT BANANA SPLIT!
Meet Banana Split, our beautiful lady! This sweet girl was brought to HAP as a pregnant stray. Because the shelter is no place to give birth, we sent her to one of out amazing fosters, where she was able to give birth and care for her precious babies. Now that her babies have all found homes of their own, it's Banana Split's turn!
Banana Split is a very laid-back lady, who enjoys the finer things in life. A comfy bed, yummy treats, a good window to bird watch, she loves to live a pampered life!
*Banana Split has a heart murmur. While this can be serious, most cats with heart murmurs live long, healthy lives. We recommend keeping up with regular vet care to monitor.
**Banana Split does not get along with cats, and we aren't sure how she'd do with dogs or children.
***If you are interested in adopting this cat, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific cat but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! We may require all household members, including children, to come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and a small bag of food to get you started.
