Hello, my name is Peppers, I am a healthy 1 year old Pomeranian, weighing in at 7.62 pounds. I came into rescue due to a major change in my owners' life. I am crate trained, house trained, leash trained, and enjoy car rides. I love other dogs, sleeping next to you, or cuddlingin your lap. I will follow you around as if you had me attached to you so care is needed not to trip over me. I love my people and love lots of attention. To adopt Pepper, please complete an adoption application at peacelovepoms.rescuegroups.org. The $350 adoption donation ($250 for senior citizens 65+) includes core vaccines (Rabies, Parvo/Distemper, and Bordatella), Accuplex (Heart worm and Lyme test), fecal, microchip, bloodwork, spay, and all the love you can handle! A thorough application of questions is completed by all potential adopters.

Interview

We have a standard telephone interview that is conducted after an applicant passes our vet reference.

3.
Home Check

Homes are checked by an approved volunteer for safety, cleanliness, and ability to care for the new pet.

Additional adoption info

We do require all potential adopters to pass a vet reference. The applicant must have all current pets spayed or neutered, consistent vaccinations and yearly exams, as well as yearly heart worm prevention

Peace Love and Poms Rescue is not a shelter environment. All our dogs are placed in loving foster homes where they are treated like family until a forever home is found. This means all approved applicants will need to make an appointment with the foster pawrents to meet their potential new pet.
