At almost 10 months old, this stunning Hound mix is a head-turner with a unique brindle and white coat and sparkling brown eyes that seem to hold all the happiness in the world. Great medium size at about 45 lbs.
Bali is the definition of a social butterfly—she loves people👫 and greets everyone with a wagging tail. She’s a great doggy playmate🐕—her and pal Ralphetta have a blast!
This sweet stray girl has been waiting at the shelter for over two months. While she makes the best of every day, Bali spends her days dreaming of trading her kennel for a "forever" spot on your couch. She has happiness to share—she just needs someone to share it with!

The shelter is located at 589 Coolwater Drive in Bastrop Texas. Please come meet our pets Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm

The Bastrop Animal Control organization became a reality in 1998. We've grown since then and continue to do so as Bastrop County grows. Currently, we have 3 separate buildings containing a total of 90 large indoor/outdoor kennels and 8 play yards. We have 30 indoor cat kennels. We also have a 3 room cattery, that enables cats to live together in colony type environments until they find their forever home. If you have ever worked with or adopted a shelter pet, you know just how much they crave the attention and love we and our volunteers can provide and their eternal gratitude when they find their forever home at last.
