Monty’s story is one of heartbreak, survival, and hope. This sweet guy was abandoned in rural Tennessee—emaciated, exhausted, and desperate for kindness. In his search for help, he and his brother Mason approached a home, but sadly, the resident dogs attacked them. Though the homeowner managed to break it up, Only Mason was left with multiple injuries.

Thankfully, animal control brought them to safety, and our rescue partners stepped in just in time. He and Mason recovered from their ordeal in a loving foster home. Despite everything they have been through, they are gentle and trusting. Monty has been neutered, and is ready to find a forever home that will finally show him the love he’s been searching for.
