If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Bolt was taken in about 6 months ago after a family could no longer keep him. He has been living with several young adults who are working and attending college, and it has become clear that they are not able to meet the daily time, structure, and exercise needs of a high-energy dog long-term.
Bolt is very athletic, playful, and intelligent. He loves fetch, walks, and interactive play, and would do best with an active individual or family who has the time and commitment to give him regular exercise and mental stimulation.
• Mostly house trained (does well with regular outings)
• Crate trained and sleeps comfortably in his crate overnight and when left alone
• Neutered
• Not microchipped and has no recent vet records
Based on size and condition of teeth, he is between 1–2 years.
This is not a first-time dog situation. We are committed to finding Bolt a safe, stable, long-term home and will be selective to ensure the right fit. A rehoming fee applies
