Hi my name is Barney and I’m a shy boy, BUT….I have come a LONG way from a scared kitten that had no idea what a human was. At about 9 weeks a nice lady rescued me and my siblings, and it didn’t take me too long to acclimate to the good life! Now at about 3 months of age, I’ve learned the joy of a rub down and I can purr quite loudly and make some mean biscuits! I’m no longer running away when foster mom reaches for me to give me loving, I even am beginning to seek her out and sleep on her lap, plus I like giving her nose kisses. She says I’m a sweet boy that LOVES to play and will probably become a lap cat. I really enjoy my foster siblings that are 4 years old and have been teaching me the happiness of living with humans. Because I’m a cat I do need a companion, while I don’t need to go with one of my siblings (Fred, Betty or Wilma), it’s best that there’s another friendly cat in the home or another new kitten that is outgoing so that I can continue to learn from him or her. I also have never met a dog, so foster mom doesn’t know how I’ll do…but I’m a kitten and if the dog is easy going, she doesn’t see any issues.
This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.

Take the Pet Home
If your meet goes well then you get to take you're new furry friend home with you!
