My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cleo is a delightfully sweet, gentle girl with a soft soul and a heart full of love. When you walk into her space, she might first assume you are there to help with dinner, she will sit politely by the food bowls and look at you with hopeful eyes. Once she realizes you are there for her, Cleo happily comes down to say hello in her own calm, tender way, purring all the while.

This affectionate lady adores petting and prefers hands over brushes, especially enjoying scritches behind her ears, along her scruff, and under her cheeks. When she is feeling cozy, Cleo will stretch out on her blanket, make biscuits, and even invite gentle tummy pets. She loves snuggling up to soft toys (especially with a little catnip!) and will rub blissfully against scratching posts. Cleo can be a bit sensitive to sudden movement or busy surroundings, but with soothing words and slow blinks, she quickly relaxes, leaning her head into your hand and letting you know exactly where she wants to be stroked.

Cleo is a loving, affectionate companion who thrives on gentle attention, quiet cuddles, and kind human company. If you are looking for a sweet, snuggly cat who will return your love tenfold, Cleo may be your perfect match.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

By adopting a Feline Rescue cat you will be supporting a caring, no-kill shelter and making room for one more homeless cat. We are always looking for good, safe, loving homes for our many cats and kittens. We want to be sure placements are a success for both parties, so before we send our feline friends home with anyone, we ask you to fill out a basic questionnaire. Since we work with cats everyday we will be able to suggest a perfect match to your needs. All of our cats are spayed or neutered before adoption, receive all age-appropriate vaccinations, and high-quality veterinary care and exams. We charge an adoption fee to offset these costs. Adoption Hours: We are open seven days a week for adoptions, but our hours do vary. Please visit our website to see up to date open hours.
