Hi, I'm Chocolate ! -- -- Here is some information about me: -- -- I like to take treats from your hand. -- I prefer to free roam. -- I think other bunnies are interesting. -- I'm a great bunny for calm households. -- I'm a great bunny for first time bunny owners. -- -- I don't like: -- dogs, kids, loud noises, -- -- I am: -- a cuddle-bun, brave, calm, curious, demanding, easy-going, friendly, litter box trained, out-going, playful, silly, smart, sweet, tidy, -- -- I like: -- being held, napping, to be pet, to binky, to cuddle, to explore, to play, to run, -- Hey there! This is Chocolate, the one-eared wonder! -- -- -- -- Chocolate is a very friendly bunny. She's smart, curious, and very food motivated! She's a great hay eater and loves any toy that is hay-based; she also loves her greens, pellets, and treats (of course). As far as being loved on, she wants you to be around as much as possible, she loves just being in the same room as people all the time. Chocolate loves to be pet and is absolutely fine being picked up--she just wants you to hold her close. With being friendly, she will come up to you asking for pets and will be at your side if you need a bunny to cry with. She would excel as a free roam bunny as she is not destructive at all; showing no interest in cable chewing, carpet pulling, or baseboard snacking! Alongside not being interested in destruction, she is very good with her litter box--no pooping or peeing outsider her box. -- -- -- -- -- -- Now, you may be wondering what happened to her other ear? -- -- When she was a baby, her bunny mom bit her ear off. She can still hear out of both ears; one is just more sensitive to loud noises than the other. She would be perfect in a free roam household with another bunny or cat (or quiet animal) household; she is not suited for loud noises and thus cannot go to a small child or dog (or loud animal) household. Here are some examples of sounds that startle her (but she can live with): zippers, snow pants (+ similar sounds to snow pants rubbing), and high-pitched sighing. She is okay with things you would think would not be okay; vacuums, lawn mowing, birds outside. -- -- -- -- Chocolate is a very wonderful bunny and patiently awaits her new home! Maybe you'll be her forever home. -- -- Apply for Chocolate at https://rabbitangelsrabbitrescue.com/forms/adoption_app.php?bunname=Chocolate Our adoption fee is $120 for a single and $180 for a bonded pair.
