My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Boo Boo and her brother Yogi are bonded and we are asking for them to be adopted together. They take a lot of comfort in each other and prefer to nap, play and eat together. They are very playful and friendly, but they would do best in a low energy home. Loud noises and people startle them, so we're hoping to find them a home that can be understanding of their gentle natures.

Adopting an animal is an exciting and important step for you and your family! Here is a brief outline of what to expect.
1. Come to our shelter and visit with the animals... come as many times as you like... you'll know when you've met "the one!"
2. Meet with an adoption counselor who will work with you to see if the animal you want can fit into your lifestyle, preferences, desires and expectations or if another would be a better match!
3. Complete the adoption paperwork and counseling session (this may take up to 45 minutes, so please be prepared to spend this time with an Adoption Counselor). You may also complete the adoption application online prior to coming to the shelter! Please note the application is an expression of interest and does guarantee animal placement.
4. Take your new best friend home!!
