My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Here's what you need to know about me:

I can be shy in new spaces. I need a family who will let me take things at my own pace as I learn about new things. Once I come out of my shell, I have lots of love to give.

I'd like a relaxed home. I wouldn't say I'm "old"... I've just been around for a while. And that's made me appreciate the finer things in life like naps in the sun, looking out windows, and the special joy when you're able to scratch juuuuust the right spot. I like to take it easy at home - I'm not up for lots of activity.

It's recommended I meet any dogs or kids living in my new home before I'm adopted. I just want to make sure we all get along.

I like dogs. I've lived with dogs before and we shared our space well!

I've lived with livestock! I have experience with cows and horses before and show some guarding instincts. I haven't lived with smaller livestock like chickens or ducks, so I would need a slower introduction to them to be sure we stay safe.

I'm available for Trial Adoption! If you're interested in taking me home for 2 weeks before making a final decision, please speak to an adoption counselor.
