Are you in need of a furry friend to brighten your days and bring you endless love and joy? Sweet miss Carmen would like to volunteer to be that friend! Though it takes her a little while to warm up to new people, once she gets the chance to know you Carmen absolutely loves being loved on and getting attention, she will even roll over for belly rubs!
While loud noises can still be kind of scary, Carmen is gaining confidence every day- she is very brave and knows that her people won't let anything happen to her. Carmen has been in a foster home raising her four lil babies, and now that they are grown, mama is looking for her forever home too. She would do best in a home with adults, or maybe cat-savvy teens, and Carmen might do well with another friendly feline at home after a long and slow introduction.
If you are interested in meeting Carmen, please fill out an application on our website: forgottenfelines.com/cat-app

Forgotten Felines is a non-profit, registered 501(c)3 organization serving Sonoma County since 1990. Our primary function is to provide low-cost spay/neuter clinics to assist the public with the management of feral or wild cats in Sonoma County. We offer instruction and equipment loans (subject to availability) to help people with the goal of reducing the feral cat population by a Trap-Neuter-Release program. Tame adults we find living in feral cat groups, as well as formerly feral kittens who have been tamed down by our volunteer foster parents, are put through our adoption program. We are always actively seeking volunteers to assist with fostering, trapping, and helping at our thrift store, Pick of the Litter.
