My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lulu and her brother Pickles (white) belong together. Born in Hudson Valley in New York around 2014/2015, they moved to Maryland when my sister moved into a facility for medical reasons in 2025 and could no longer care for them. My husband and I tried to integrate them with our own three cats, but it has not gone well, so they live in their own space in our basement. We'd rather they find a better situation where their person can give them more attention and spend time cuddling with them. They are independent but like human attention once they warm up to you. They are indoor cats with up-to-date rabies vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered. They have a hereditary condition where they have cysts in their ears, which are treated with ear drops so they don't itch or get infected. Otherwise, no underlying conditions or issues that we know of. Both are hard of hearing--Pickles is deaf--as a result of the growths in their ears. Please provide them the undivided attention they deserve.
