Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Casper. I came to ECCHA as a surrender with my friend, Tigger. We are both still coming out of our shells, so the caregiving staff doesn`t have a great picture of what our personalities are like just yet! Our previous owner said that we were both very playful and sweet, but that we can be very shy with new people. She also said we did great with kids in the past, but it`s a good idea to introduce us slowly if you do have kids. The staff doesn`t know how we do with dogs, but we do seem to do great together. If you have other pets at home, please practice a slow introduction. We would love to find a home together, but at this time it is not yet required. If adopted together, our joint adoption fee is $210. We were both neutered at ECCHA. Would you take a chance on me?

Visit www.eccha.org to complete our application online by clicking on a specific pet or the generic dog/pup or cat/kitten.

Approve Application

We will review your application and ask questions to help you and your family find the best fit. You will receive emails to keep you updated

3.
Meet the Pet

Approved applicants will be contacted to schedule a meet and greet either at the shelter or with the foster family.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Your application is approved, your pet is picked, you are ready to adopt. Sign our contract and pay the adoption fee to bring your pet home.
