M eet Tippy Toes & Twinkle Toes
Double the toes. Double the fun. Double the love.
Tippy Toes (female black & white short-haired tuxedo) and Twinkle Toes (male gray & white long-haired tuxedo) are the ultimate dynamic duo—confident, playful, and bursting with personality.
These two are funny, friendly, and full of charm. They strut around like they own the place (because obviously they do), chase toys with Olympic-level enthusiasm, and then happily curl up for cozy cuddle sessions when playtime is over. Both are very people-oriented and snuggly, making them excellent companions for families.
They’ve been raised with other cats and multiple small dogs, so they’re well-socialized and adaptable. Even better? They are great with children and handle household activity with confidence and ease.
If you’re looking for a pair that will keep you laughing, warm your lap, and fill your home with love, Tippy Toes and Twinkle Toes are ready to dance their way into your heart.

HALO'S cats and kittens can be seen at Pet Food Express ( Google Maps) on the first Saturday of the month and the second Saturday & Sunday of the month from 10:00am to 1:30pm. Pet Food Express is on Lone Tree Way in Antioch ( 5829 Lone Tree Way B, Antioch, CA 94531 ) . Please bring your own carrier.

All of HALO's cats are available for adoptions have been spayed or neutered and up-to-date on their vaccinations.

All the animals are microchipped.

Dogs and cats receive a complete check by a veterinarian.

Go meet their pets

HALO's cats and kittens can be seen at Pet Food Express every Friday 4pm-7pm plus Saturday and Sunday 10am-1:30pm (except the third Saturday, we do not have an adoption event). Pet Food Express is located at 5829 Lone Tree Way B, Antioch, CA.

H.A.L.O. is the East Contra Costa County Homeless Animals' Lifeline Organization, better known as H.A.L.O. We are a nonprofit, all volunteer, 501c(3) charitable organization who assists dogs, cats and their owners in Eastern Contra Costa County.
We rescue approximatly 500 animals a year, all by volunteers, all in our homes and in our hearts.
We are not a shelter,
We have grant funds for the spaying and neutering of East County ferals and food for them if needed.
We have a program called "Angel Ears" where certified dogs and their trainers go to the local libraries and the children read to the dogs. This has proven a very effective way to increase reading skills rapidly. We also take the dogs to senior facilities.
We are in need of volunteer in many capacities.
