While they’ve grown up together, male mice can become territorial as they mature, so Mickey and Mighty Mouse will need to be adopted into separate homes to ensure they can live happy, stress-free lives. Each boy would do best either as a solo mouse with plenty of human interaction or in a carefully planned setup with proper guidance.
