DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Hi there, I’m Pup Daisy. I’m a Collie / Beagle mix (best guess), but what everyone does know for sure is that I’m 100% lovely and oh-so-beautiful inside and out. I got a second chance at life when K-9 Lifesavers rescued me from a very full shelter in Alabama, and now I’m dreaming of something I’ve never had before — a forever home of my very own. I’m a gentle girl with a soft heart. I can be a little shy at first, but once I feel safe, my sweetness really shines through. I do great with other dogs and enjoy their company — having a furry friend around helps me feel more confident. I’m at the perfect age for training and socialization, and I’m eager to learn with kind guidance and patience. I would love a home that understands my gentle nature and will help me blossom. Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.    

Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
