My name is Roxy!

Roxy is a loving, loyal dog who has been part of our family for the past four years. She is very affectionate and especially enjoys belly rubs. Roxy has always been protective of our children and does well with people she is properly introduced to inside our home.

She does experience anxiety around unfamiliar people, particularly outside of our home environment. We live in an apartment complex, and there was a recent incident involving a neighbor in which Roxy bit his arm, barely breaking the skin. Although the injury was minor, we take the situation seriously.

Due to our living situation, we are unfortunately no longer able to keep her and must rehome her. We are seeking an experienced owner or trainer who understands anxious or reactive dogs and can provide the structure and training she needs. Roxy is house-trained, very intelligent, and well-behaved in the home. She has caused no damage to our apartment or property and is truly a good dog in the right environment.
