Maple is a special girl who is bound for adventure.
We adopted Maple when her previous owner was diagnosed with a terminal illness. She is about to be 5 years old and loves exploring the world. She loves to go on long walks, but enjoys a run even more. She’s a huge fan of fetch and gnawing on toys!
She’s incredibly easy to train as she is eager to always be learning and knows the standards: Sit, Stay, Come, Lay, Place, Crate, Up, Off, Paw, and Roll over.
Maple needs ample exercise or else she will get frustrated. She has some slight barrier reactivity (specifically looking out windows) and will require some more patient training in this area. Additionally, while she sleeps in a crate at daycare, she does not love doing it at home as much.
She gets along well with other dogs and enjoys having cat siblings. She’s would do best in a home with children 7 & up.
