Meet Bleu 💙 Your future couch companion, sun-beam supervisor, and professional door greeter.
Bleu is a 7-year-old gray and white short-haired beauty with a soft pink nose and an even softer heart. She’s the kind of cat who truly enjoys being part of the household—curling up for cuddles, following her people from room to room, and greeting visitors like she’s been expecting them all day.
This sweet girl has lived happily with dogs, cats, toddlers, and even birds, and she’s known for her gentle, loving nature. She enjoys playtime, cat toys, and the occasional moment outside to soak up the sunshine, but her favorite activity is simply being near her people.
Bleu is litter box trained, spayed, and up to date on vaccines. She’s an easy, low-maintenance cat overall. Like many sensitive souls, she can feel a little anxious in loud or high-energy environments—but in a calm, loving home, she settles in beautifully. In the past, temporary pheromone diffusers helped her adjust to big changes, and she no longer needs them once things feel safe and routine again.
Bleu would do best in a home that values a peaceful environment, gentle companionship, and lots of affection. She isn’t demanding—she just wants stability, kindness, and someone to share quiet moments with.
If you’re looking for a loyal, cuddly cat who will make your house feel like home, Bleu is ready to meet you.
💙🐾An adoption application can be filled out on the DHS website https://www.dekalbhumanesociety.org/adopt. Dog adoption fees are $200.00 for all puppies and adult dogs. Seniors are a donation of choice. Cats and kittens are a donation of choice.
