My name is Corky!

I am looking to rehome my super chill Chiweenie, Corky due to unforeseen circumstances. He was a rescue who was bullied by other dogs when his original owner passed away and the only thing really known about him is his name. He is diagnosed with Heartworms, has no teeth, and deals with incontinence. I can no longer financially support him with his special needs and I really need to separate him from my 1-yr old nephew who was forced to move in with me because he puts Corky on edge daily. I am hoping I can find him a more peaceful, suitable home for a snuggly, senior dog looking to live the remainder of his days in a loving home.
