Meet Moose, AKA "The Best Boy Ever"! This 5-year-old, 87.5-pound Mixed Breed will capture your heart with that handsome face and big, brown eyes.

Moose quickly became a staff and volunteer favorite at Wish Bone, thanks to his gentle giant personality and loving nature. He likes to take things slow at first, but it doesn’t take long for him to become your bestie and loyal shadow. He keeps a clean kennel, is a big fan of bones, and knows "sit" and "shake." When he wants attention—and you stop giving it—he’ll gently paw at you as a polite reminder that cuddle time isn’t over yet.

We were told that Moose is friendly with dogs, cats, and children, although this hasn't been tested during his time in our care. 

Moose is heartworm positive and has started treatment. Wish Bone will continue to provide treatment, whether it's through our vet or by providing medication to the adopter's vet.

His minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
