My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Brandy is a kind of dog who instantly makes a room feel brighter when she walks into it. Her sweet personality and happy presence has a way of making everyone feel like her favorite person.
Brandy is a two-year-old cane Corso with a heart as big as she is. She absolutely loves people and thrives being around them.
No matter if she’s playing relaxing or just hanging out next to you, she’s happiest with her humans. She’s affectionate without being overwhelming and has a wonderful balance of playful energy and relaxing qualities.
Check out her YouTube video

https://youtu.be/irq7E7eI1KY?si=rzMh2fIzKywbNLLE

She is incredibly social with other dogs and loves all dogs, especially enjoying playtime with those who have a medium energy level for enjoys roaming and playing, but it’s just happy to settle down and relax when she had her fun. She would do great with another dog in the home- maybe a more submissive aloof dog but she would also be great as an only dog.
Brandy is fairly well on a leash, sometimes she gets a little excited and pulls, because of this she would do best with an owner who can handle her strength.

Brandy would love to have a yard to play in. She should not go into a home with cats. She finds them way too interesting.

Brandy also adores toys and treats, treats in particular seem to be her love language and it’s safe to say they’re one of her favorite things . Despite her playful nature, she has a gentle side, especially with kids. She does very well with children and handle their excitement, energy with patience and grace. Because she is a big girl and will jump quite a bit especially for treats I think for now she would do best in a home with an older kid maybe 12 and up!

Brandy would make a wonderful addition into a home with people who want loyal, loving, and companion one who is always ready to play, relax and simply be by your side .

https://g.co/kgs/UQ5Pyai We care deeply about creating lasting matches between dog and family for long term success, and take the time to ensure each adoption is a fit through our matchmaking process.

At our 2 acre Texas based property, we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group training and socialization play groups helping them stay confident, well rounded, and adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers are dedicated to each dog’s growth and we enjoy seeing their progress!

We go above and beyond to ensure every animal receives exceptional care. Veterinarians consistently praise our medical standards. From routine care to advanced treatments, each dog receives personalized attention. Hard costs for a healthy dog range from $804-$920; heartworm-positive dogs or those needing specialized care can exceed $2,000+. Adoption fees help cover a portion of these expenses, but without government funding, we rely on fundraising to bridge the gap—ranging from $100–$1,000+ per dog.

Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet.
